The Xaar 1003 GS12C printhead is designed to be fully backward compatible with ceramic printers based on the Xaar 1002C and 1001C models due to its enhanced durability, superior print quality, and increased productivity. Based on its combination of small and large drops, GS12C is ideal for floor tiles.
The Xaar 1003 GS-12C Ceramics Printhead represents the latest advancement in Xaar’s line of ceramic printheads, featuring 1,000 nozzles. Building upon the success of its predecessors, the Xaar 1001 and 1002 Ceramics Printheads, which revolutionized digital ceramic tile printing.
The Xaar 1003 Ceramics printhead family introduces a significant new feature – the XaarGuard™ – which offers unparalleled protection for the nozzle plate. Moreover, the new Xaar 1003 GS12C delivers a major advancement in consistent print quality across wide print widths, making it ideal for large tile production based on Xaar’s Tuned Actuator Manufacturing technology.
