The Ricoh MH5421F is a high-performance industrial inkjet printhead designed for demanding UV printing applications requiring high speed, precision, and long-term reliability. Built with advanced piezo drop-on-demand technology and ink recirculation near the nozzle, it delivers stable ink flow, reduced nozzle clogging, and consistent print quality in continuous production environments.
Featuring 1,280 nozzles configured in 4 rows with native 600 dpi resolution, the MH5421F supports grayscale printing for smoother gradients, sharper details, and improved image reproduction. Its stainless-steel construction and integrated heater provide excellent durability and stable ink performance when operating with UV-curable inks.
