The Ricoh MH5320, commonly known as Ricoh Gen6, is a next-generation industrial inkjet printhead designed for high-definition, high-speed production printing. It is engineered with advanced piezo drop-on-demand technology and improved ink compatibility, making it suitable for demanding UV, solvent, and aqueous printing applications.
Compared to earlier generations, the Gen6 MH5320 offers enhanced durability, more stable jetting performance, and improved image precision. It features 1,280 nozzles arranged in a 4 × 320 configuration, enabling high-resolution 600 dpi printing with excellent detail reproduction and reduced graininess. Its grayscale capability and high firing frequency allow smooth gradients and efficient high-speed output in industrial environments.
