The SG1024/MA printhead features 1024 independent channels, arranged in 8 rows on a single nozzle plate, enabling resolutions up to 400 dpi. Each of the 1024 nozzles can be activated either simultaneously or individually.
The SG1024/MA printhead is compatible with organic solvents, UV-curable and aqueous-based inks, and maintenance fluids. The Starfire printhead utilizes RediJet™ technology to enhance performance by continuously recirculating inks at both the nozzle and refill chamber. This innovation increases open time, minimizes downtime, and improves startup efficiency, particularly for highly pigmented and fast-drying inks.
