Kyocera KJ4A-0300 Printhead Description
Kyocera KJ4A-0300 printhead is designed for high-speed single-pass applications with printers using aqueous ink. The printhead has 2,656 built-in nozzles that are arranged across a 112.35 mm wide print swathe. It features a maximum drive frequency of 30kHz, achieving high-quality output with a small drop volume of 4pl at 158 m/min.
The printhead has 2,656 built-in nozzles and can eject about 150 million dots per second. To increase the speed, the printhead mainly adopts measures such as increasing the driving frequency, improving the nozzle shape, and adjusting the waterproof film material.
