The Konica Minolta KM1024LNB Printhead is an industrial piezo drop-on-demand printhead designed for high-speed and high-quality solvent and oil-based inkjet printing applications. Featuring a wide 72 mm print width and 1024 nozzles, the KM1024LNB delivers excellent productivity, stable ink jetting, and reliable long-term operation for industrial digital printing systems.
Built with Konica Minolta’s shared-wall piezo technology, the KM1024LNB offers a 42 pico litre droplet size and 360 dpi native resolution, making it suitable for large-format graphics, signage, UV hybrid systems, textile printing, and other industrial printing applications requiring high ink coverage and durable performance.
Konica Minolta 1024 printhead dramatically increases productivity due to its 1024 nozzles, enabling 72 mm wide printing. This unit is equipped with twice the number of nozzles as the Konica Minolta 512 printhead, providing the high density required to achieve 72 mm print width.
