Xaar 1003 GS6U Printhead Description
The Xaar 1003 GS6U Printhead is an industrial piezoelectric inkjet printhead engineered for high-resolution and high-productivity UV, solvent, and oil-based inkjet printing applications. Designed for single-pass industrial printing systems, the GS6U delivers precise ink placement, stable jetting performance, and exceptional print consistency across a wide range of demanding production environments.
Featuring 1000 active nozzles with 360 dpi native resolution, the Xaar 1003 GS6U utilizes advanced TF Technology ink recirculation and Hybrid Side Shooter architecture to maintain continuous ink flow directly behind the nozzles. This helps minimize nozzle clogging, reduce maintenance frequency, and improve overall production uptime.
The GS6U variant supports variable drop sizes from 6 to 42 picolitres with up to 8 greyscale levels, enabling smooth gradients, sharp text, vibrant colors, and excellent image quality for industrial digital printing applications such as ceramics, labels, décor, packaging, and wide-format graphics.
The Xaar 1003 GS6U printheads can print 360 dpi resolution for a wide range of industrial applications.
