The Xaar 1003 GS12U Printhead is an industrial piezoelectric inkjet printhead engineered for high-performance single-pass digital printing applications. Delivering up to 360 dpi resolution, the Xaar 1003 GS12U provides precise ink placement, reliable operation, and excellent print consistency across a wide range of industrial printing environments.
Powered by Xaar’s advanced TF Technology ink recirculation system, this printhead ensures continuous ink flow directly behind the nozzles, helping to minimize nozzle clogging, reduce maintenance requirements, and improve production uptime. Its High Laydown Technology also enables higher ink volume deposition for vibrant colors, dense coverage, and enhanced print quality on challenging substrates.
The Xaar 1003 GS12U is designed to support dependable and efficient digital printing operations, making it suitable for applications such as packaging, graphics, décor, coding & marking, ceramics, and other industrial inkjet printing systems.
