Seiko 508GS Water-Based Printhead Description
The Seiko 508GS is a versatile industrial inkjet printhead designed for a wide range of applications including textiles, coding & marking, corrugated cardboard, pharmaceuticals, and more. It supports multiple ink types such as aqueous, UV, solvent, and oil-based inks, making it highly flexible for different printing systems.
Built with isolated channel technology, it enables higher jetting frequency with all nozzles capable of firing simultaneously for improved productivity. The printhead supports both grayscale printing (up to 8 levels) and binary mode, allowing smooth tonal transitions or sharp, high-speed output depending on application needs.
Designed for flexible installation, it supports multi-directional operation, including horizontal and vertical mounting positions. The 508GS also offers a wide drop size range from 12 to 84 pL, ensuring excellent adaptability for both fine detail and heavy ink coverage requirements.
