Kyocera KJ4A-AA Printhead Description
A small number of Kyocera printheads can achieve wide-format printing. The wide-format structure of 108mm can achieve wide-format printing with a small number of print heads. It greatly saves cumbersome position adjustments, and the piping and wiring design also becomes easier.
Kyocera KJ4A-AA printhead features a maximum drive frequency of 20kHz, achieving high-quality output with a small drop volume of 3pl at 50 m/min. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including label and packaging, sign graphics, etc. due to its compatibility with UV and other high-viscosity inks.
With the built-in filter’s help, foreign products are removed; the built-in heater corrects the influence of ambient temperature changes. The unique flow path design ensures stable jetting of 2656 nozzles and reduces non-jetting during continuous printing.
