Kyocera KJ4B-QA06NTB Printhead Description
The latest Kyocera KJ4B-QA model is specifically designed for high-speed printing with water-based inks. This 600dpi one-color printhead features a maximum drive frequency of 30kHz. It achieves high-quality output with a small drop volume of 5pl at a speed of 75 m/min, utilizing 2,656 nozzles arranged across a 108.25 mm wide print swathe with a 0.042mm pitch, resulting in 30,000 drops per second.
The Kyocera KJ4B-QA printhead is equipped with internal filters to eliminate foreign particles in the ink and an internal heater to mitigate the effects of external temperatures. Its unique ink channel design ensures a stable ink supply, enhancing print reliability and quality.
The Kyocera KJ4B series is engineered for high-speed printing with water-based ink, offering exceptional productivity for both single-pass applications like transaction, document, and security printing with MICR ink, and multi-pass applications, including textile printing.
