StarFire SG1024 SA Printhead Description
The StarFire SG1024 SA printhead features 1024 independent channels, arranged in 8 rows on a single nozzle plate, enabling resolutions up to 400 dpi. Each of the 1024 nozzles can be activated either simultaneously or individually.
The StarFire SG1024 SA is a robust, self-contained printhead designed for demanding industrial textile applications and more. Built with field-proven materials, it ensures consistent performance and longevity. Featuring continuous ink recirculation and single-color operation at 400 dpi, it is equipped with a replaceable metal nozzle plate that resists abrasion and damage. This printhead is compatible with a variety of ink formulations, including solvent, UV-curable, and aqueous inks.
