The Acro® Last Chance Filter LCF-23110 is a self-contained filter assembly for point-of-use filtration in digital printing systems. It is designed to be used together with any of Pall’s larger capsules in large systems or as a stand-alone filter in smaller systems. A laboratory-size filter is also available for testing new ink formulations and conducting printing trials.
HDC® II and Rigimesh® media options are available for the Acro LCF. HDC II media is all polypropylene and has a tapered pore structure. It provides good flow rates, long service life, and excellent gel retention. Rigimesh media is a sintered woven stainless steel wire mesh structure that provides excellent chemical compatibility across a wide range of ink chemistries.
1. It is designed with extremely durable materials that are able to be used in rigorous working environments, thus ensuring its normal operation during daily use.
2. It can be used with low cost and high efficiency because of its high filtration accuracy, large processing flow per unit filtration area, and small filtration resistance.
3. With its advanced filtration system, it is able to effectively remove all the impurities from the ink to preserve ink cleanliness, thus no harmful particles get into the print head. In this way, the life of the print head can be prolonged effectively.
4. It is designed with high-quality materials to prolong its life. Based on its cylindrical shape, compact structure, and reasonable size, it can be installed and removed easily. In addition, any accumulated debris or ink can be cleaned easily with a simple rinse under running water.
5. It is mainly designed to provide high performance and efficiency for solvent printers. Due to its high filtration accuracy and large filtration capacity, the cost can be saved effectively. It can be used for a wide range of industries including garment shops, retail, printing shops, advertising companies, and more.
