Kyocera KJ4A-RH Printhead Description
Kyocera KJ4A-RH is designed for high-speed single-pass and multi-pass applications with printers using UV ink. This 600dpi single-color printhead has 2,656 nozzles, arranged across a 108 mm wide print swathe with 0.042mm pitch, resulting in 30.000 drops per second. The Kyocera KJ4A printhead features a maximum drive frequency of 30kHz, achieving a small drop volume of 5pl at 70 m/min.
With the built-in filter’s help, foreign products are removed; the built-in heater corrects the influence of ambient temperature changes. The unique ink supply design ensures stable jetting of 2656 nozzles and reduces non-jetting during continuous printing.
