The StarFire™ SG1024/SA-2C is a robust, compact unit engineered for demanding industrial textile applications and more. Constructed with field-proven materials, it ensures consistent performance and longevity, featuring continuous ink recirculation and dual-color operation at 200 dpi. It includes a replaceable metal nozzle plate, designed to resist abrasion and damage, and is compatible with solvent, UV-curable, and aqueous inks.
This Starfire printhead features two distinct ink paths, each with 512 independent channels arranged in four rows on a single nozzle plate, providing resolutions up to 200 dpi. All 1024 nozzles can be activated either simultaneously or individually.
