Spectra Polaris PQ-512/35 AAA Printhead Description
The Polaris PQ-512/35 AAA Printhead features 512 independent channels, arranged in multiple rows with a 200 dots-per-inch spacing for single-color operation and 100 dots-per-inch spacing for two-color operation. This spectra polaris printhead is optimized for binary jetting with a native drop size of 35 picoliters and a nominal drop velocity of 8 meters per second, suitable for jetting fluids with a viscosity range of 8 to 20 centipoise. Based on the VersaDrop jetting technology, it can adjust to binary operation with variable drop sizes up to 80 picoliters.
The PQ-512/35 AAA Printhead can be used with various inks, including solvent, UV, and aqueous inks. It can achieve a long service life and consistent output due to its use of field-proven materials and a repairable design.
