Spectra Polaris PQ-512/15 AAA Printhead Description
The Polaris PQ-512/15 AAA Printhead features 512 independent channels, arranged in multiple rows with 200 dots-per-inch spacing for single-color operation and 100 dots-per-inch spacing for two-color operation. This Spectra 512 printhead is designed for binary jetting with a native drop size of 15 picoliters and a nominal drop velocity of 8 meters per second, suitable for jetting fluids with viscosities ranging from 8 to 20 centipoise. Leveraging VersaDrop jetting technology, it allows for adjustable binary operation with drop sizes up to 30 picoliters, achieving resolutions up to 1000 dpi.
Building on the legendary reliability and performance of the Spectra Nova and Galaxy Printheads, the Polaris PQ-512 AAA series employs proven materials and a repairable design to ensure a long service life and consistent output.
