Unlike the previous 3-cycle system drive, an independent drive system now allows all 1024 nozzles to fire simultaneously. This high-density structure, featuring 4 rows of 256 precisely aligned nozzles, enhances positioning accuracy for high-definition print quality.
The Konica Minolta KM1024i 6988H printhead offers a maximum drive frequency of 45 kHz, approximately three times greater than that of the KM1024 series, making it ideal for developing single-pass system inkjet printers capable of high-speed printing.
Konica KM1024i 6988H printhead is compatible with various inks, including solvent, UV, and oil-based inks. For high-viscosity inks like UV, and solvent inks, the KM1024i printhead is integrated with a heater to ensure optimal performance.
