KM 512-42LH printhead features 512 nozzles with a droplet size of 42 picoliters and a native resolution of 360 dpi to achieve high-quality printing. Unlike thermal printheads, piezoelectric printheads have no restrictions on the types of ink that can be used. They are compatible with various inks, including solvent, UV, and oil-based inks. For high-viscosity inks like UV inks, the km512 42pl head is integrated with a heater to ensure optimal performance.
